Client wanted a ground floor shower room but the site whilst having lots of land is situated on a corner plot with roads on the front and side. The planning limits where pushed too far by another designer and a refusal came back (it was never going to happen). The clients scaled back their wants and we secured this with just a minor amendment.

A local builder completed this work to a high standard just some small external works to finish.

DMH completed Plans and submitted to planning for approval builder completed the build under a Building Notice.
